Introduction:

  Wood chipper, also called wood slicer, belongs to one of series wood processing equipments. The wood chipper is widely used in the processing  preparation steps of textiles, paper, pulp, plywood and other materials. 

   The main cutting raw material is undersized log after peeling,  bamboo, Slab material, fuelwood harvesting times more than expected and so on . The wood chipper is mainly consists of the base, the feed inlet, cutter, chassis, chipper blades and electric control. Wood chipper adjusts cutting of the blades according to the needs of customer, producing different specification and the thicknesses of wood chips.

The principle of the wood chipper:

   The material is sent by feed inlet. When the lumber touching cutting of the blade, with the high-speed rotating cutter disc begins to cut. The  cutting of wood chips in the interior are sent out by high-speed steam flow produced by the blade of the cutter disc.

The application of the wood chipper:
